5.0"Michael Robinson is a gem among car salesmen and I am truly grateful that he stepped forward when I walked into the Flow Mini showroom two months ago. I was 'shopping' not buying, I explained, and he was all too happy to usher me around, share a test drive and more information about the Mini brand than I knew existed. After comparing other car brands on my list I was still sold on the Cooper Clubman. Michael went to work and found me a car, three states away. Unfortunately, it was sold by the time that dealer was contacted. But not to worry, Michael found me another car (with more options) even closer. With the car driven to Raleigh, Michael set about having it detailed and prepared for my arrival. When I walked up to my shiny new Cooper my heart was ready to burst. You see, I had been driving the same car for eleven years. Not only was I saying hello to my new vehicle, I was parting from my old one. Sooo sappy, I know. I had brought along a friend to pick up the car. Michael calmly waited through every squeal of delight as he walked us through the features of the car. There is one item that was performed that will require a return visit as the item/condition remains (mechanical rattle/type sound behind speed odometer upon slowing down). The service techs found a "bulletin" concerning this item and believe it was repaired - it still remained following the service. I have planned to reschedule, but have not yet contacted Flow. Also, he told me that I would be contacted by telephone when the part for my mirror cover came in and i was contacted at the incorrect email address. I live in Wilmington and I was on a trip and was coming back through Raleigh on the 6th, which was the day that I was contacted at the incorrect email address. had I been contacted at the cellphone I provided, I could have stopped by and had the follow up work taken care of and now I have to make a special trip to Raleigh. 2.5"I was not satisfied with the issue regarding my clutch. The last time my car was serviced, Flow Mini brought the clutch issue to my attention; I didn't know about it. 1.0"Did not solve my problem after two attempts on the same day. Then would not schedule appointment on the day after when I called because of their schedule. I understand the level of vehicles they must manage but not providing the extra effort after already trying to fix my problem was in my opinion a fundamental flaw.
